Fun & Fit 4 Life Foundation offers several health and fitness programs that are highly effective in delivering the best results for our members.  Our programs are tailored to each group of students, and designed to provide the complete body workouts that are an integral part of each participant's overall health plan.  Below is a description of each of our fitness programs.

Zumba Fitness Classes PDF Print E-mail

Hate exercise but love to dance?  Zumba is for you! Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Zumba means to “move fast and have fun.” The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Our Zumba program incorporates footwork and body movements from flamenco, salsa and other dances. Participants pump their legs, windmill their arms, gyrate their hips, clap their hands, dip, slide and spin — all to a frenzied beat that leaves them with flushed cheeks and dripping in sweat.

 

Fees:  $5 per class or $45 per month for unlimited Zumba Fitness Classes

 

 

 
Cardio Kickboxing PDF Print E-mail
Are you looking to “turn it up a notch” from your aerobics class? Do you want a high-intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat? Are you reasonably fit already? Then our cardio-kickboxing program might be for you. Cardio-kickboxing is a high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 30- to 60-minute exercise routine. In addition to improving and maintaining cardiovascular fitness, cardio-kickboxing increases strength and flexibility, improves coordination and balance and sharpens reflexes. Cardio-kickboxing also may help relieve stress, and when practiced under the close guidance of our experienced instructors, you’ll start feeling the benefits immediately!

 

Fees:  $5 per class or $25 per month for unlimited Aerobics Fitness Classes
