Don't know how to Latin dance? Want to learn the basics in Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, etc...? Join us for lessons with one of our dance instructors. No Partner Needed! Come and have fun while learning the steps and stay after to put your lessons to practice. We offer a family friendly atmosphere for all.
Starting Friday, September 18, 2009 and every other Friday night
Dance Lessons: 7pm – 8pm
Open Floor Dancing: 8pm – 12am ish
Fees: $7 Per person / $12 Per couple / Kids FREE!!!
Recommended Clothing/Shoes: Wear clothing that you will be comfortable in and shoes with a smooth bottom that will not grip the floor.

Fun & Fit 4 Life Foundation is pleased to offer Ballroom and Latin Dance lessons. We have been fortunate to attract some wonderful instructors from various dance backgrounds. We offer a variety of classes each month!
Our three levels of Bronze classes are as follows:
- Bronze I is for beginners that have little or no experience.
- Bronze II is for those who have graduated our Bronze I classes or have had the equivalent training elsewhere.
- Bronze III is geared towards graduates of Bronze II and a more advanced dancer.
- Levels beyond these are also available for those that are ready.
Fees: $9 per class per person or $15 per class per couple
